December 18:
Inspired by Leslie and her sweet little gingerbread house making party, Chelle and Courtney and I decided to have a little get-together of our own. Chelle generously made all of the houses ahead of time for us (out of graham crackers), so that little hands wouldn't get frustrated by the making and could focus solely on the decorating, oh and the candy consuming, of course! We had so much fun; this is definitely going to have to be an annual December tradition!
{Please excuse the complete photo overload- I had a really hard time picking favorites and I figured that all of our blogging friends who couldn't be there would have fun seeing pictures of our three little families together!}
The two adorable little misters- Quinn + Jack- born just days apart. They kept busy playing and trying to crawl in the living room while the older siblings were hard at work.
T + his house:
Audrey + her house (I could not get her to sit still and pose!):
Elliot + his house (I was seriously so impressed by how hard he worked on this and how long it kept him occupied!):
Annabelle + her house:
Eli + his house:
Addison + her house (sweet girl, she was so nervous about posing for me, she insisted on sitting with her mama :) :
Believe it or not, the day didn't end here. We headed home for a few hours and then we all met again at Chantel's (with all the husbands + kids) for a cookie exchange. Unfortunately I completely forgot to take pictures at that- but just imagine seven kids running around with reindeer headbands on, stealing cookies, four husbands chatting about work and their families, and four ladies in a corner totally giddy watching the whole thing and you pretty much get the picture!
